I've been AI-native from the start. Started building with ChatGPT and Claude before most people in my industry knew they existed. Because I saw where building was going. Systems thinking first, implementation second.
By day, I'm Principal AI Solutions Architect at Contextual.io, a PE-backed enterprise AI platform acquired by Southfield Capital. I sit in the early conversations with leadership, architect the solution, and build working proofs fast. Delivered across 10+ industries.
At Contextual, I also led the initial solution catalog: repeatable pattern systems designed for rapid deployment across industries. Architect once, deploy many. I've shipped production systems, with a team and solo, for companies inside private equity portfolios, at funds with up to $1B in AUM. Established companies with real operations, not pilots.
Before that I co-founded Panoply, a short-term rental company we scaled to 45+ properties before a strategic exit. I've run the kind of operation I now build systems for: vendors, turnovers, pricing, and the handoffs where things break. Today I also run CFG Reserve, a Tucson hospitality and short-term rental company, on the same AI-native methodology: a small team, with systems doing the rest.
That's why my focus is real estate and the operational businesses around it. AI can build almost anything now. The work is knowing what to build, what good looks like, and what people will actually use. Not slop dashboards and guesses.
How I work is traditional systems thinking. It's never "here's the problem, here's the fix." It's why is this a problem, who does it affect, what does it cost, what does success look like, and how does it scale as the technology changes. I don't one-shot AI and hope. I pair with it, working through the abstract shape of the problem and how AI actually builds today.
Do Nothing Labs is where I build the systems that interest me and prove that the future of building belongs to people who think in systems, not people who memorize syntax.
